If you feel off balance through the day due to a roller coaster of blood sugar highs and lows, cinnamon can add spice and everything nice to your life while helping to control blood sugar with its amazing insulin-regulating properties. It has other remarkable medicinal qualities as well: in studies it has been shown to support healthy cholesterol levels, soothe peptic ulcers and, more recently, boost cognition and memory.
Each ml contains 200 mg of organically grown cassia cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum aromaticum). It is a 1:5 bark extract in a non-medicinal base of 40% gluten-free grain alcohol and purified water.
Cinnamon is used as a supportive therapy for healthy blood sugar.
For best results, take cinnamon 15 minutes before a meal or snack.
Adults 18 and over: take 2ml, 3 times per day.
For best absorption, squirt the tincture under your tongue and hold it there for a few seconds, then swallow. If you want to remove the alcohol, add the dosage to a half cup of freshly boiled water. The alcohol will evaporate off. Let it cool, and enjoy as a medicinal tea!
