Tea has been used as medicine since time began. And today, science is showing us why. Green tea is chock full of antioxidants, which are the things that help us in the fight against free radicals. You may have heard of them - free radicals are toxins that we face on a daily basis that come from pollution, smoking and poor diet choices. Too many free radicals in the body means early aging for us, so a bountiful supply of antioxidants is the ticket to keeping the body young. Take it in a tincture as a most effective anti-aging regime!
Each ml contains 250 mg of organically grown green tea leaves (Camellia sinensis), standardized to contain 50 mg of total catechins and no more than 5 mg of caffeine, in a non-medicinal base of 40% grain alcohol and purified water.
Green tea extract is a source of antioxidants for the maintenance of good health.
For best results, take green tea extract with food.
Adults 18 and over: take 2 ml, 3 times per day.
For best absorption, squirt the tincture under your tongue and hold it there for a few seconds, then swallow. If you want to remove the alcohol, add the dosage to a half cup of freshly boiled water. The alcohol will evaporate off. Let it cool, and add honey or a splash of juice to make a yummy, age-busting drink!
Caution: Please talk to your healthcare practitioner before using green tea extract beyond 3 months, or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have an iron deficiency or liver disorder, or if you develop symptoms of liver trouble, such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice. And always talk to your healthcare practitioner if your symptoms hang on or get worse!
