Almonds have been prized for centuries as a nourishing superfood. They contain Vitamin E, Magnesium, Manganese, Calcium, Iron, Zinc, Fiber and a host of other nutrients. Organic Traditions premium raw shelled almonds are Certified Organic Italian, gluten-free, kosher, non-irradiated, non-pasterized, sustainably grown and harvested. Shelled almonds are an incredibly versatile superfood. Create a nutritious trail mix by combining them with other Organic Traditions superfoods such as Sacha inchi seeds, Hemp hearts, Chia seeds, Shredded coconut, Goji berries and Golden berries.

Suggested Use

Organic Traditions Almonds can be eaten right out of the bag as a delicious, energizing snack or combined with other Organic Traditions superfoods to make a trail mix or cereal.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of Organic Traditions Almonds to all smoothie and superfood recipes. Use as is or grind the almonds into a powder. Add to yogurt, oatmeal, salads and desserts. Use for all baked goods. Create delicious, creamy nut milks, butters and non-dairy ice creams.

Make homemade almond milk by combining 3 tablespoons of almonds (ideally soaked for 8 hours and peeled) per cup of water in a blender at high speed until smooth.

Strain through a cheese cloth or drink as is for a thicker consistency.

Add a pinch of Organic Traditions Vanilla powder and a touch of natural sweetener such as Organic Traditions Yacon Syrup or Organic Traditions Coconut Palm Sugar.

Add 1-3 tablespoons of Organic Traditions Almonds to your favorite smoothie recipe to create a nourishing, antioxidant-rich smoothie.
