HOW TO USE:
- Fill the neti pot with lukewarm water.
- Add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of natural Himalayan Crystal Salt (not included) to the water.
- Turn your head to the side into position.
- Gently place the spout into the upper nostril, forming a seal.
- Tilt the Neti Pot gradually so the water flows in through the upper nostril and out from the lower nostril.
