Although most orders ship next day, please allow 3 business days for order processing, items are then delivered within 2-7 business days Canada and US wide. Please allow more time for overseas orders.
Orders over $75 ship FREE throughout most of Canada, and significantly discounted everywhere else!

You will be updated by email with tracking/reference details once your order is shipped from our warehouse and received through Canada Post. Please note that some international shipments may not be tracked.
Some orders within Canada may have FedEx Express shipping options available for additional fee. Please apply at checkout. Please note: FedEx shipping is not available to all areas. If FedEx Express shipping is selected and not available in your area, then we will use the next fastest service (usually Canada Post Express).

All product ships from Canada. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.
All amounts are listed in Canadian dollars by default, please also see our currency selector near the top right of the website to change the currency to available selections. You may shop with credit cards from any country. We charge in CAD$ and your financial institution will convert the amount to your currency.

We are constantly updated with new product direct from the manufacturer. Usually we turn product around monthly, so we are updated with the freshest inventory every month. For whatever quantities you order, we ensure fresh product and that the regular usage period of the entire order is covered and surpassed by a minimum of two months.
Easy Return Service by Natural Health Garden. Now when you are returning product back to Natural Health Garden we will send you a shipping label/free return instructions by email. Simply print the label and affix it to the box you are sending back to us and give the box to your carrier. Natural Health Garden will automatically be charged the shipping. *Please note however, not available in all areas; return authorization must be authorized within 30 days of delivery.
To return an item for any reason, the item must be sealed and in its original condition. Contact us explaining the reason for the return within 30 days of receiving the product. You will be given authorization for the return and instructions. Please note, if you are returning an item for your own reasons (whatever the reason may be), shipping charges, to return the product to us may be your responsibility and we cannot refund any shipping charges charged to you when we shipped you the item(s). If you are returning product due to an error on our part, we pay the shipping to return the item(s) and refund you any shipping amounts charged on your order.
We carry products from established organizations with proven effective health, beauty and wellness products, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with an item, the best first option is to contact the manufacturer directly to explain the issue (usually contact information is available on the product packaging). To ensure we are providing only the best, we also want to know about any issue with a product, or if you're not getting anywhere with the manufacturer, or need any assistance, please contact us.
