Ingredients - Each teaspoon contains: Organic Inulin (from Blue Agave plant (Agave tequilana)) 2.8 g

Directions: Adult Dosage - take 1 teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily. Take with at least 250 ml of water, two hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, since the absorption of these products may be delayed.
