Recommended Dose: Adults: 3 capsules once daily. Avoid taking before bedtime.

Contra-Indications: Do not use this product if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney on cardiovascular disorder. Do not use this product if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder. Do not use this product if you are pregnant. Do not use this product if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.

Known Adverse Reactions: Stop use if you experience irritability, anxiety, headaches or insomnia May cause digestive problems. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
