Preparation Guidelines:

SOAK / RINSE / BLEND

• RINSE thoroughly to remove debris (sand, salt, etc).
• PLACE in a large bowl and submerge in filtered or spring water.
• SOAK overnight or for 12-36 hours. (Add 1-2 tbsp of citrus juice such as lemon or orange to neutralize the ocean taste).

Raw Preparation: RINSE again & BLEND 2 cups of sea moss with 1 cup of water until getting the desired creamy thick gal.

Cooking Preparation: RINSE again & BOIL 2 cups of
sea moss with 1 cup of water until getting the desired creamy thick gel.

Suggested Use:

ENJOY the benefits of the Superfood Sea Moss gel by adding it to smoothies or drinks, using as a thickener, or topically for bodycare.

Store in the fridge and use as needed.

Please note: the initial creamy consistency can tum thick once chilled Gel can be enjoyed for 3-4 weeks once refrigerated.
