Each capsule contains:

Vitamin C (from Ascorbic Acid) 320 mg
Calcium (from Calcium Carbonate) 36 mg
Grape Seed Extract (Vitis vinifera) 100 mg  (Standardized to contain 90% Total Polyphenols)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Cellulose and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Adult Dosage:

Take 1-2 Capsules, 3 times daily with meals. Avoid using two hours prior to or until four hours after taking other medications.
