Mum Ma Milkstream is used to promote lactation and enhance the quality of breast milk. This combination is high in minerals, particularly calcium and magnesium.

Shake well. Adults: Take 3 teaspoons once daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. For occasional use only.
INGREDIENTS
Each teaspoon contains a crude quantity equivalent of:
Organic sweet fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) seeds 61.5 mg
Organic blessed thistle (Cnicus benedictus) herb top 61.5 mg
Organic red raspberry (Rubus idaeus) leaf 123 mg
Organic burdock (Arctium lappa) root 34.5 mg
Organic red clover (Trifolium pratense) flowers 34.5 mg
Other ingredients: Organic alcohol (25%), purified water, and organic vegetable glycerin.
