Suggested Use (Adult): Take 2 or 3 tablets daily on an empty stomach, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects for osteoarthritic pain, and a minimum of 2 weeks for mood support.
Cautions: Do not take at night since this product may cause anxiety, restlessness and insomnia. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, suffer from depression or are taking medications which may influence serotonin levels (e.g. antidepressants).
