H. goat weed has a 2000-year history of use in China and is also traditionally used in Japan. The leaves contain a variety of flavonoids, polysaccharides, lignans, sesquiterpenes, phenolic and penethylol glycosides, ionones, and sterols, as well as an alkaloid called magnaflorine.

DIRECTIONS OF USE

Adults 19+: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Take for a minimum of 4 weeks to see improvements. Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 6 months.

INGREDIENTS

Each vegetable capsule contains:
H. goat weed (Epimedium grandiflorum) extract, 20% icariin	500 mg
