Apple Pectin is a great source of soluble fibre to support intestinal health and promotes its regularity.

It contains 500mg of fibre per veg capsule and is good for Vegetarian / Vegan.

DIRECTIONS:

Adult Dosage: Take 2 capsules, 3 times daily with 8-10 oz. of water or juice, preferably 30 minutes before meals. Be sure to consume additional fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller dosages and gradually increase over several weeks. Take a few hours before taking other medications.
