Take the Cough + Cold Combo (for kids) when fighting a cold or infection, or just starting to feel ill. The combination of echinacea, licorice, thyme and chamomile will start mobilizing your immune system and also ease symptoms of colds. Let your healthcare practitioner know if you no improvement is seen within two weeks or if things get worse.
For best results, take Cough + Cold (for kids) on an empty stomach, which means about 15 minutes before a meal or snack, or at least 1 hour after.
Children aged 4-9: take 2ml, 3 times per day.
Children aged 10-14: take 2 ml, 4 times per day.
The tincture is in a sweet glycerin base to suit the taste buds of little ones. Just squirt directly into the mouth or diluted in some juice or water.
