Traditionally mullein leaves and flowers were used fresh or dried to make hot and cold oils, creams, teas, and tinctures. The leaves were also smoked by native North Americans to treat respiratory conditions, and mullein was used across the western world to treat tuberculosis.

Medicinal Ingredients: (400 mg per capsule): Mullein (Verbascum thapsus, leaf and flower) A 4:1 concentration, each capsule contains the equivalent to 800 mg flower and 800 mg leaf.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose (vegicap), organic maltodextrin
Dosage: Children 6-9 years: take 1 capsule, 1X daily; Children and adolescents 10-14 years: take 1 capsule, 2X daily; Adults and adolescents 15 years and older: take 1 capsule, 4X daily.
