Recommended Dose: Menopausal and Post-Menopausal Women (18 years and over): Shake well; take 1 ml 3 to 5 times daily (5ml = 1 tsp). Do not take with highly acidic foods. Take a few hours before or after any medication or natural health product. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy.
